About Marden Law Office
William (Bill) Marden is a solo practitioner focused on Estate Planning and Drafting as well as Business and Banking Law cases, with his primary practice representing clients with claims against predatory lenders and government agencies. He opened his solo practice in Minnesota in 2009.
Bill received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Northwestern University and his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law School in 2001. Before practicing law Bill spent 20+ years as a commercial lender for several banks across the country. In addition, he has a successful track record as a distressed property manager, special asset liquidator and multifamily landlord.
